They come from the same boxes that all the other pipes comes from. He has scratch and dent sales when he strapped for cash. They seem like "in new condition" pieces because they are new. Just goes to show how low the price should be vs the "rape the customer" price it usually is.
Remember... I personally had these pipes outsourced. I know exactly where they come from and exactly how much they are. As a matter of fact I still have a voicemail on my phone from the last batch that was sent here because Ash was too damn lazy to change the contact info when I left.
